This person was at the Flyers-Kings game on Monday night sporting, as you can see, a Los Angeles Kings Jonathan Quick jersey and a Flyers hat. Our own Tristan Tschoepe points out that not only did this "fan" cheer for one team but he in fact cheered for both teams for the whole game.
If that doesn't define "fan violation" then I don't know what does. I understand that many Flyers fans have adopted the Kings as their second team due to their emotional attachments to Mike Richards and Jeff Carter. Fine, I get that.
But when it comes down to Flyers v. Kings, you should never be so split that you wear both Flyers AND Kings apparel to the game. No. Not ok.
I assume this person is a bigger Kings fan than Flyers fan because the Quick jersey is more expensive than the hat he could have purchased Monday night. Who knows. Either way, this is a complete violation.
