Injured defenseman Braydon Coburn returned to Flyers practice on Wednesday with the intentions of playing on Saturday although it will depend on how he feels moving forward. "Just taking it one day at a time," Coburn said after practice. "I just have to listen to my body."
Coburn went down with a lower-body injury in the Flyers season opening game against the Bruins last Wednesday.
He played in all 82 games last season for the Flyers scoring five goals and adding 12 assists for 17 points. Coburn enters his ninth season (eighth full season) with the Flyers. He has played 538 games for the orange and black scoring 36 goals and dishing out 116 assists for 152 points while averaging 22:07 of ice time.
