Celek’s concussion makes him the third Eagles’ offensive starter to go down with a concussion this year joining quarterback Michael Vick and running back LeSean McCoy. Zach Berman of the Philadelphia Inquirer points out that if Celek cannot go on Thursday, that will leave guard Evan Mathis and fullback Stanley Havili as the only two offensive starters to not miss a game due to injury.
Celek has caught 51 passes for 602 yards and a touchdown this season. He was coming off of a big seven reception, 73 yard game against Dallas last Sunday night.
