But there might be some other key players on offense that are banged up. ESPN's Calvin Watkins reports wide receiver Dez Bryant was limited during Dallas' Christmas Day practice due to a back injury he apparently suffered during practice. Watkins says team officials don't believe it is anything serious but Bryant has had back issues in the past.
Bryant will have to be seriously injured for the Cowboys to keep both him and Romo out of the lineup for the NFC East division title game. I think he plays and, as usual, I think he will complain a lot.
Bryant, 25, has 85 receptions for 1,134 yards and tied his career-high with 12 touchdowns this season. The 6'2", 222 lbs. former first round pick is emerging as one of the top receivers in the NFL but, with that, he is also emerging as a major headache off the field.
