The Eagles announced on Monday they have activated last year's starting right tackle Lane Johnson. Johnson had been suspended the first four games of the season for testing positive for performance-enhancing drugs. In a corresponding roster move the team released offensive lineman Kevin Graf.
Johnson, 24, was the fourth overall selection in the 2013 NFL Draft by the Eagles out of the University of Oklahoma. The versatile offensive lineman started all 16 games for Philadelphia at right tackle as a rookie in 2013. Johnson received positive ratings from Pro Football Focus in eight of the final nine games of the Eagles season - Philadelphia was 8-0 in Johnson's eight positive rating games.
