The Eagles announced on Wednesday they have signed fifth round pick Ed Reynolds to a four-year deal. He is the fifth Eagles draft pick to sign leaving only first round pick Marcus Smith and second round pick Jordan Matthews as the only unsigned picks.
Reynolds, 22, had a decent season in 2013 for the Cardinal recording 86 tackles and one interception with four passes defended. Reynolds burst onto the scene in 2012 with 47 total tackles and six interceptions, three of which he returned for touchdowns. He also defended nine passes.
The 6'1", 207 lbs. safety ran a 4.57 40-yard dash and was a third-team All-American selection. Reynolds was the second defensive back selected by the Eagles on Day 3 of the NFL Draft joining fourth-round pick Jaylen Watkins.
