The Flyers announced on Tuesday they have re-signed goaltender Ray Emery to a one-year, $1 million deal. He spent last year splitting time with Steve Mason in net for the Flyers after spending the previous two seasons in Chicago.
Emery, who turns 32 in September, went 9-12-2 this season with a 2.96 GAA and a .903 SV% with two shutouts. In three starts in the playoffs for the Flyers, Emery was 1-2-0 with a 3.49 GAA and a .888 SV% against the Rangers.
