Walters allowed three runs (no earned) on seven hits over six innings last Wednesday in a 4-1 loss to the Royals. It was his first loss of the year and the Twins are 2-1 in Walters' three starts this season. He has faced the Phillies once before in his career as he got the start but allowed four runs on four hits and failed to record an out.
