2-2, 3.68 ERA, 1.47 WHIP
Cloyd is coming off of his best start of the season last Thursday night in Milwaukee when he went 6.2 innings allowing no runs on just four hits while striking out two. He had to come out of the game due to a high pitch count (108) thanks in large part to his five walks. The Phillies would go on to win 5-1 to get Cloyd his second win of the year. The Phillies are 2-3 in his five starts this season.
3-6, 6.40 ERA, 1.72 WHIP
Pelfrey is having a tough year and his last start is no different. He was hit around for three runs on seven hits over 6.1 innings in a 7-3 loss to the Royals. The Twins have lost each of Pelfrey's last six starts and are just 3-9 overall in his 12 starts this season, his first in Minnesota. In 20 career starts against the Phillies (thanks to his time with the New York Mets), he is 7-7 with a 5.16 ERA and a 1.52 WHIP.
