Jordan, 24, made his big-league debut on June 29th tossing 4.1 innings allowing three runs (one earned) on five hits getting the loss. Last Thursday he allowed two runs on six hits over 5.2 to get the no-decision but the Nationals went on to win 8-5.

Hamels, 29, pitched a gem on the Fourth of July against the Pirates. He allowed two runs (one earned) on five hits over seven innings while striking out eight and not walking a batter. He got his third win of the year and it was the first time this season that the Phillies won back-to-back Hamels' starts. In 25 career starts against the Nationals, Hamels is 13-6 with a 2.64 ERA and a 1.09 WHIP.
