Doc would get the no-decision. They have won each of his two starts since he returned from shoulder surgery. In 18 games (17 starts) against the Nationals, Halladay is 12-2 with a 2.55 ERA and a 1.04 WHIP. The right-hander is 28-14 with a 3.16 ERA and a 1.07 WHIP in 50 career starts at Citizens Bank Park.
