A recent Forbes survey has Eagles quarterback Michael Vick as the most disliked player in the NFL - a list he has topped in previous years. A whooping 53% of people surveyed expressed dislike for Vick, the only player who received more than 50% dislike. San Diego Chargers linebacker Manti Te'o was second at 48%.
All I have to say is that I really hope Aaron Hernandez was not included in this survey because A) he isn't in the NFL anymore and B) I really would like to think people dislike Hernandez more than Vick based on what has come to light in recent months.
Vick, 33, has missed the last two and a half games with a hamstring injury. Prior to the injury, he was completing 53.8% of his passes for 1,185 yards, five touchdowns, and two interceptions. Due to Nick Foles' poor play against the Cowboys, Vick looks to be a lock for the starting quarterback job when he returns.
