Plumlee, 23, was crucial to the success of coach Mike Krzyzewski's Blue Devil program last year. He played in all 36 games averaging 17.1 points and 10.0 rebounds in 34.7 minutes per game. The 238 lbs. big man shot 59.9% from the field and 68.1% from the free throw line. His 17.1 points were second on the team behind sharp-shooter Seth Curry and his 10 rebounds per game were by-far the best on the team.

It is difficult to see how Plumlee projects in the NBA because, even though he scored high at the NBA Combine in the athletic testing, he did not work out for teams there which left some scouts scratching their heads.
Fit with 76ers:
All signs say that he will be available when the Sixers draft 11th overall and possibly later. Do they take him at 11? Do they move down and take him a few picks later? Or do they move in a completely different direction?
