CSN Philly and The Philadelphia Daily News both report the Sixers have increased their offer to the Cleveland Cavaliers for the top selection. There is no word on what the Sixers offered to Cleveland but it appears that they will have to trade No. 3 and No. 10 to move up to get the No. 1 overall selection. The general consensus is Philadelphia is trying to move up to grab Kansas star Andrew Wiggins.
The Sixers reportedly made an intriguing offer to the Cavaliers the other day of Thaddeus Young and the third overall pick but the Utah Jazz and Orlando Magic both made offers as well. Orlando was thought to have been offering the most until they shook everything up today and trade Aaron Afflalo, the center of their package for No. 1, to the Denver Nuggets.
We are just about five hours away from the draft. I get the feeling Sam Hinkie & Co. are just warming up for a fun night.
