Y! Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski reports the Sixers have acquired point guard Eric Maynor along with two second-round picks as part of a three-team deal that sent Andre Miller to the Washington Wizards and forward Jan Vesely to the Denver Nuggets.
It appears that the Sixers did not give up anything in this trade except for taking on Maynor's $2 million cap hit and a $3 million player option for 2014-15. Maynor was a first-round pick by Utah in 2009 and is averaging 2.3 points per game this season.
The real story here is the Sixers addition of two more second-round picks. They add two second-rounders for Spencer Hawes earlier this morning and added two more this afternoon. It is all but certain that some of these second-rounders are going to be moved before the draft and, potentially, before today's 3:00 pm trade deadline.
