The Flyers played their last home game of 2013 last night as they hosted the Minnesota Wild. The Flyers got on the board less than two minutes into the game on a Luke Schenn goal. Wayne Simmonds gave them the game-winner just eight minutes later to make it 2-0. Claude Giroux would score and Simmonds would add an empty netter to win 4-1. More here.
Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo is out for the rest of the season due to a back injury suffered yesterday against the Washington Redskins. That means Dallas will be led by Kyle Orton for Sunday's game against the Eagles for the NFC East title. More here.
