- The Sixers took on the Miami Heat last night. They fell behind by 20 but stormed back in the second half holding Miami to just nine points in the fourth quarter en route to a 91-87 victory.
- The Flyers were in Minnesota playing the Wild last night. Philadelphia jumped out to a 2-0 lead thanks to goals from Sean Couturier and Claude Giroux. Wayne Simmonds and Vinny lecavalier gave the Flyers some breathing room and Michael Raffl added an empty-netter for a 5-2 victory.
- Sixers are requesting newly-acquired forward Andrei Kirilenko report to the team. Kirilenko wants Philadelphia to buy out the $3.3 million he is owed so he can become a free agent and sign where he pleases. More here.
