- The Sixers fought hard in Oklahoma City last night. After blowing a 13-point third quarter lead, the Sixers closed the fourth quarter on a 11-4 run thanks to big three-point field goals from Hollis Thompson and Jason Richardson in the final minute to force overtime. The Thunder opened on a 7-0 run before the Sixers responded with a 6-0 run of their own but ultimately fell 123-118. More here.
- Eagles head coach Chip Kelly has released cornerback Cary Williams, released outside linebacker Trent Cole and reportedly has a deal in place to trade Pro Bowl running back LeSean McCoy to the Buffalo Bills for linebacker Kiko Alonso.
