With just over five minutes remaining in the third quarter, the Eagles were trying desperately to stay in the game as they trailed 28-13 and Peyton Manning was driving, again. Manning found Demaryius Thomas in the flat and hit him for a 15-yard touchdown to put the Broncos up 35-13 and all-but-seal the victory for Denver.
After the touchdown, Thomas leaped into the fans in the back of the endzone and was greeted by a number of Broncos fan and one Eagles fan. The Eagles fan gave Thomas a big hug and held him the entire time he was in the stands then, what really made me say "what's he doing?", as Thomas got back on the field the fan went to pat him on the helmet and/or back (tough to tell because he missed).
Am I the only one who thinks you don't hug a guy who just torched your defense for his second touchdown of the quarter? You tell me but I think this is a total violation.
